I am thinking about building a “Farmhouse Micro” office out behind my house, but the perfect spot is too close to the neighbor’s house to get a permit for a permanent building. The solution seems to be to build a “temporary” structure without permanent electricity, gas or plumbing.

Strangely, I was editing an image of the original wooden Monopoly house pieces when I saw this image. There is something very uplifting about it. Beyond the bright color, the repetition, the simple forms, very familiar, but somehow inspiring.
I makes me want to build a bright colored play house for the kids.
